I work largely with the guys in the compost sifting video on the website: the guy talking is Matt, the farm manager, and the one turning the sifter is John, the director and founder of the ministry. I take care of the plants and ollas, am a general gopher, and attempt keep the inevitable chaos to reasonable minimum.
